The houses of Famagusta were looted. What has not been destroyed by humans has been demolished by time. But despite the horrifying destruction, 46 years later small things from the past are preserved, to remind us of the people who once lived there. One flimsy sticker on the door of a child’s room, is enough to defeat the ferocity of the invaders who are attempting to rewrite history.
